2022 rules:
This Championship will be based on the best SEVEN performances. However, to be eligible for an award, you must have completed at least six races.
Your best 6 results count and you must run at 5 events to be considered for an award. The 5 events must include at least 1 marathon, half marathon or 20 mile race.
This Championship will be based on the best FIVE performances from the prescribed list. You must complete at least 4 of the prescribed races for an award to be made.
This championship comprises the 5 Gwent League fixtures, the Welsh Championship (which includes Masters Championship) and the Cardiff Cross Challenge.
Your best 5 scores count but you must run at least 4 races to be considered for an award.
