A massive well done to Katie Beecher on competing for Wales in this race at the weekend. Modest as ever Katie said she did "OK" which means she was amazing no doubt. I can't find results but looking at the photos on sportspicturescymru.co.uk it looks like she was fourth at 7k of the 10k but once the results are out we will know for certain. Again congratulations Katie.
