Does anyone fancy doing 3 x 2 miles with 90 seconds recovery as part of the club run this evening?

Normally I'd have said yes but I did some quite full on speed work yesterday so think I need a more chilled out run tonight!

I'm doing 1 x 2 mile, 2 times 1 mile.. so can do the first two mile rep with you... if you dont mind slowing down for me..

Unfortunately my taper plan calls for a 5 mile total with 1 warm up, 1 cool down and 3 x 6:45 "tempo" runs.. so not this week otherwise I would have been all over this.
