Martin eclipsed the world 5 mile in May at Sandhurst, Gloucester with 26:52 on a windy day.
Yesterday (Saturday) wasn't windy, and he took 42 seconds off it with 26:10 for world best number 9.
He's off to Malta for a holiday for a week, then will be in club one Thursday in a couple of week's time.
Brilliant running, Martin. We're all proud of you!
