Anyone fancy a run tomorrow (Sunday) at 9.30AM. I plan to run 2 hours (ish) - no excuses this week for having raced in Birmingham the previous day. Weather forecast not great - but then again we've got to run in whatever the weather throws at us in the Castles so may as well start to get used to it. It can't be Barrybados every day.

I can meet you at the club at 9:30 if you like.. i need to back by 11:30..so i'd have to run via the club 7 route on return.. let me know if a run from the club at 9:30 works for you..

James - thanks for posting. Dave and I have a longstanding arrangement of starting at 9.30Am. If you fancy running over than dropping off on the way back, that should work out well.

It would be nice to try out your long run one day but work has got in the way again!!!  I will be running my 2 hour run on my lonesome after work. If im up to it im thinking about doing a couple of reps of Leckwith hill in the middle of it.  It was great to run the Parkrun today before work and it set me up nice for the day. Im hoping to run many more Parkruns now after an arrangement with my boss.  The weather shouldn't be too bad tomorrow. Just a bit cloudy most of the day I think with the odd shower.

Thanks, Lyndon. I'm sure we can meet up sometime - it's just that I like to get the run done fairly early, as there's always things to do. Evatt - thanks for the offer - take a look at the photos on Martin Haley's facebook page.
