Hello,
I would like to join your club in May, spoke to Dan at the park run today about training etc. I want to do a 6-10mile tempo run tomorrow (any time) preferably off road with hills. Is there a group i could join? or would anyone be interested in joining me as I will be going anyway. Also i would be very grateful of route suggestions as I'm fairly new to cardiff so don't know the best places.

hi James, thanks, i guess gradual build up from 8.30 to 7min miles roughly. or slower pace 10mile. 5k race time is 20:24 but will be going fair bit slower tomorrow.

Georgie - usually we arrange to meet at 9.30 at the café in the car park at the north end of Cathedral Road, by the entrance to Llandaff Fields, by the bend in the road. Not sure if you know the area, and who will be there, but feel free to turn up and take it from there. Your pace seems fine for the pace we would be going.

Hi all, am "home" for the weekend, and need to run half marathon tomorrow at 7.30 - 8 min miling. Is anybody meeting at Llandaff Fields likely to be going at that pace, as I don't want to turn up and run on my own. Otherwise, my plan is to run the Cardiff Half route from Penarth. Good luck to all of you, wherever you're running!
