3 weeks out from London. Traditionally last long run. I will be running for around 2 hours (negotiable) this Sunday, starting at 9.30 from the Handicap 10 start. And I'm not even running a spring marathon. Anyone fancy joining me?

Neema Mal and I were planning on 22-23 miles this Sun starting at around about then. I haven't got a route sorted yet, but trying to avoid the bay due to the Sports Relief runs. We were looking at about 8 min/mile pace, that will give us about 3 hours out.

Only the real runners showed up (as indicated above). Dave and ran exactly 2 hours - Matt and Naimi I saw you running into the wind on the Wenvoe Road and I thought "what a good idea to only run 15". If you survived that, you'll be fine.

Cheers Mick. Yes, the wind and hills were a little disruptive, so it was quite challenging! I think we're both glad we did it though.

I usually run 14 miles on a Sunday from Hayes point Sully through Sully, Lavernock, Penarth, Landough onto Newport Road and back. A nice few hills in it and a nice run. If I haven't raced much I sometimes do a brisk pace. I will keep an eye out for this one, sounds like it would make a nice change.
