Hi all,
As you all know, our premier event of the year, The Welsh Castles Relay is fast approaching. Saturday June 11th and Sunday June 12th will soon be here and we are well into the planning stages for the weekend. We now need to firm up our volunteer roster.
We are asking every member of the club, whether you run the event or not, to assist over the weekend in any capacity you can.
To that end we are holding a meeting on Thursday April 28th at 8.30pm at Llandaff Rugby Club (after the club run) that we would like everyone who has any interest or intention to volunteer in any capacity to attend.
We are looking to take the following information from you:
Your availability for Friday 10th, Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th.
Can you be available for the whole weekend or just part of it?
Your preferred role
This is a huge event with 57 teams of 20 runners plus all the support vehicles and personnel the event requires. We need volunteers to make it run smoothly.
