Long Course Champs resumption: CRC 15km Race: Date: 28th - 31st October 2021 Distance: 15km Surface: Road / Tarmac Sadly I haven't the time to organise a real race so this weekends Long Course Champs race, the 15km will resume virtually. The rules, as ever are that the course needs to be tarmac based, flat and have the start and finish area very close together. Net elevations should be as close to 0 as possible with no large ups or downs. All runs need to take place between today and Sunday 31st and results submitted to lcrcrunevents@gmail.com no later than midnight Sunday 31st. Have at it Croups.
