Can anyone tell me if non club members are allowed to run Gwent League races as guests of a club, or even as individuals?
A friend is wanting to try out cross country, and thinking about joining Croups but would like to do a race first .

Guests can run in the Gwent League on payment of the appropriate fee. They will appear in the results but will not score points.
If they have joined a club but not been cleared for team competition they can run as an individual.
