We've got 5 members so far.
Not quite a team yet.
Any others interested?
You can always run it on Monday, if you have other commitments(LC Off Road 2).

Excellent Dave.
We need at least two other female runners from the club to enter.
We can have more than 8 athletes and the fastest 4F+4M to count.

Mike, I am happy to be included, but I am not sure how the times will be collated. I have Clare's old Garmin, so can record distance/times accurately , but can't at present download onto computer or via Strava. Is it any use if I run and send you a screenshot to the Garmin readout( I suspect that won't be sufficient for WA purposes)

Great news Julie. Get your entry in first. The link shows you who else has entered from the club.

Haven't seen you in decades....

Give it a try. Nothing lost. Who knows but it's good to run...?

Glad that you and others are still out there...

Dave(George), have you entered yet?

Dave Walker has also shown an interest.

It will be good to see how we're faring against members of other clubs.

Yep, you're in Julie but we're one female short for a team at the moment. Shelley's entered.

Any others interested?

Results are now in.

https://data.opentrack.r...2021/GBR/wa-rr-21/event/

Well done to our six members who completed the distance and in particular those who must have run in the snow on Saturday.

Really tough on David Walker, who came second in his age group (M65) in 33:15, being edged out "on the finishing line" by 8 seconds. The joys of virtual racing.

Glad to see that your watch allowed you to record your time, Julie.

Fancy the WA 1 mile this weekend Julie?

There's also a link on the WA 1 mile thread.
