If so, you impressed someone. Just had a query about joining the club with the following text:
'I just ran the Cardiff half in 1 hour 23 minutes and I would really like to join your club as I saw many of your guys at the front of the race and they all seemed very supportive + they all had great running technique!'
Looks like you just recruited us a new member!

Not surprised at all. 139 finishers this year, surpassing the record 136 of last year.
Dave James was just one of our athletes recording 1:23, and winning the M60 section yet again (following his age wins at both the Cardiff and Swansea 10 km events recently).
I never cease to be amazed at the number of people who approach him with "Mr James, you taught me in school, or you taught my son/daughter". Looks like we have another potential student!
