Tuesday session!
10 - 12 x 400m off 200m (ish) jog
Hi All,
The track is still shut for a couple of weeks so the plan is meet at the 2k mark at parkrun like last week. We can check out the markings before we begin. Be warmed up for a 6.30pm start.
