Who’s back on Track this week......

Tuesday’s (12/3/19) session : 8-10 x 600m (around current 5k pace), recovery jog 200m.

The session will be on the track at Leckwith ready for a 7pm start. - we can't go on the track until then, but you can warm up on the path which is 3 laps to a mile.

Don't forget to pay your £4.20 at reception BigGrin

Another excellent session, despite the winds.
If you've never done anything like this before, but are keen on improvement, this is easily the most effective way to achieve your goal.
But it is tough. A thorough warm up is essential, because you are pushing your body.
But the fact that so many others are now attending, chances are you'll be able to latch on to someone else and get pulled along.
You've just learnt on another thread that Tamara Beach has just broken two of our longest standing club records. Tamara is on the track with us every week and this is one of the main reasons for her success.
