It's always a supreme honour to represent your country, and many of our members will be representing Wales tomorrow at Singleton Park Swansea - best cross country course in Wales, in most athletes opinion. I'm not totally sure of my ground here, so feel free to update: Croups likely to run for Wales: Richard Jackson Hookins (M35) Richard Ross (M45) Elio Lepore (M60) Rob Evans and Mike Murphy (M65) Libby Crees (F50) Andrea Webster and Caroline Dallimore (F60) Annie Conroy (F70) Claire Jacobs (F45) and Ralph Davey (M70) are amongst the reserves and may still get a run. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

...and me! It was an absolutely great day, fab course, sun shone all day, loads of support. Sadly not many Welsh medals, the only team category that was not won by England was the men 75+, which was Wales only team gold. Full write up of the event is on line on Athletics Weekly website
