Incredibly busy time of year so first up good luck to those of you running the Barrybados 10 km or Brecon 10 miles, or indeed anything else tomorrow.
Looking like another hot day so stay well hydrated.
Hopefully that will still allow a few to turn up at Café Castan for a nice run at conversation pace - 12 miles for many but longer for those with autumn marathon plans.

Thanks Dave. There were 7 of us for the 9.30 start, which was fine.
The great benefit of the 12 mile course in this weather is the amount of shade it provides.
I popped over Barry Island afterwards to see how the 10 km went.
By the nature of the car parks, extremely well.
One particularly inspirational story to tell you.
Our oldest member, and one of the original 12 from back in 1980, 82 year old Errol Alexis completed the 10 km run. We shouldn't be surprised. He still competes in triathlons and have you seen him on the dance floor lately?
Maturing with age, just like fine wine!
