A lovely evening last night with our hosts Bridgend and Brackla.
Full results and report now available on Bridgend's website.
251 finishers, we provided 35 of them - not enough to win the Mob Match but a good showing.
So thanks to everyone who ran and those who supported.
Some highlights for us:
Men's team 4 to score: 1. Les Croups (5 Richard Jackson-Hookins, 10 Ed Donovan, 11 Matt Hurford, 15 Phil Cook). None of you were at the presentations so I have a case of 20 bottles of Budweiser in my car. You'd better come and claim it or it will disappear.
Richard and Matt - I also have a bottle of wine for each of you as age cat. winners (which will also disappear). Thanks to Terry Caveney for collecting the prizes whilst I was writing.
Also incorporated were the South Wales Regional Champs - I collected four medals who I believe belong to Gab Stuokus, Richard Jackson-Hookins, Phil Cook and Andy Blair.
Other recipients who were present - and congratulations to all of you: Jenny Martin, Michelle Evans, Lolly Evans, Julie Scholey and Gill Murphy.
And there were quite a few PBs on the night too - so well done everyone.
Outstanding awards to be presented tonight.

Hi Gab, you won a medal as part of South Wales Championships, congratulations!
Mick got it in his car, if he has not yet melted it or sold it!
I know he has drunk the beers from the winning team tonight before the 7 mile route, LOL.

Any idea how they worked out that Gab was silver medalist Mick? There was more than one runner ahead, including the 4 that scored for our team prize.

I have analysed the results and the reason is that there were only pre registration for SW Champs, so guys registered on the day did not count. I was 6th senior, while 2nd of pre registered.

The south wales regional results were not the best organised. If its any consolation Gab I entered on line but still didn't get any recognition in the regional results!
