This is not an advert, so hopefully it's ok to mention this. All treatments are free, though donations are accepted at both places. I sometimes do reiki at the Sandville and healing at the Gateway Church. The Sandville Centre, near Porthcawl offers self hypnosis, reiki, pool therapy on a one to one basis, form therapy, homeopathy, hairdressing, Indian head massage, hand and foot massage, and reflexology. If you, family members or friends are having problems it's an idea place to go to relax, get advice, and get help.
