You may recall that before Christmas we raise money for two AED's for Cardiff parkrun, thanks to everyone who donated, it looks like we should receive them next week. So, next Wednesday 28th March Welsh Hearts are holding a training session for CPR (AED) use. If you are interested in coming along to the session and then happy to use your new skills at parkrun or any of our club events then please send an email to Cardiffoffice@parkrun.comWith the subject "CPR/AED training" Thanks Phil
