Happy New Year everyone - the 6 days we've had so far have prepared us for pretty much everything weather-wise, so no excuses for not turning up. Many people are now starting to think about specific training for Spring marathons, and this is the ideal place to do it - in wonderful company and at conversation pace!
An additional and very welcome feature for tomorrow will be "Ralphy's Angels" who will be doing a dress rehearsal of the Handicap 10 miles ready for the big day in two weeks time!
I think it's always inspiring to see anyone do something for the first time - and sharing their excitement.

Well done to everyone who came this morning, especially Ralphy's Angels.
It was a tough day in the cold - but so much easier in company - which is why we keep emphasising it.
