The centre of the Univesel Barry Babose will be hosting a 10k on August 5 starting and finshing on the Island. £20 entery includes a medal and a tech t - shirt. The route takes in the Knape and Jenner park. Yep one to try out. Check out the run for wales website for entery details. How about a club get together afterwards? There's a nice fish chip shop in the prom!
