Next weekend - 26th & 27th August is the CPR 2-day Challenge, I'm looking for help with Marshals etc if anyone is available to help out. We have 45 entries this year and some of them are from outside the area.
On the Saturday I need help with the 10K route - starts at 12.30pm from the Alternate parkrun course start/finish area, I need about 7 marshals for this one. The X Country starts at 4.30pm in Llandaff Fields opposite the Rugby Club, I need 11 marshals for this.
On Sunday the Half Marathon starts at 9.00am from the Alternate parkrun course finish area, This needs quite a few marshals, if you have a bike that would be useful, I need at least 12. At 1.00pm we have the 1 mile TT from the Blackweir Ambulance Station and there are 5 marshals needed.
