Entries are now open for this year’s ‘Race of Truth’.
It will be held on 17 August and the format is the same as previous years:

* The event is a 5k individual road time trial
* This year the event will be held on the parkrun course
* The finish is at the same location as the start – please finish on the right hand side of the path.
* First runner starts at 6:30pm
* Runners start at 30 second intervals
* Pre-entries get a seeded start and get placed into a ‘mystery’ team. There is a team prize!
* Entry fee is £3 – which includes a drink at the bar afterwards.
* Pre-enter on this thread or by seeing me at parkrun or the club
* Pre-entries close on 3 August
* Numbers, start list and team membership will be available on 11 August.
* If you can’t run there are jobs for volunteers – volunteers also get a drink!

ah I'm in Malvern that wekend. No chance of rearange it! Naw don't worry. Well be seeing a Dolly Parton show though shame it's not the realy thing but these shows can be realy good. It's on my list though!
