The weather should be a bit calmer tomorrow, in fact, pretty much perfect for a Sunday morning run with friends at conversation pace. Hope to see (lots of) you there!

Thank you to everyone on the Café Castan run this morning hope you all enjoyed it. Plenty of Croups outside the café afterwards - it's a great spot to meet up.
To those of you who chose Porthkerry this morning - I'm sure you all had a great time. It's a fantastic park and of course the weather lived up to the Barrybados billing - we are spoilt here, aren't we?
