Cardiff Running events/ Les Croups 2017 Fixtures:

Fri 28th April - Summer Series 1 mile

Sun 30th April - Castles 10 mile

Fri 5th May - Bannister Anniversary Miles

Fri 12th May - Summer Series 2 mile

Fri 16th June - Summer Series 3 mile

Wed 28th June - The Chase 5k

Fri 14th July - Summer Series 4 mile

Wed 19th July tbc - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Relay

Wed 2nd August - Summer Sizzler 5k + BBQ

Sat 12th August - Night of Endurance

Thurs 17th August - Race of Truth : 5k TT

Sat 26th + Sun 27th August - CPR (2 day challenge)

Tbc - 1 Hour Track Classic

Hi, just noticed that the dates given above for the summer series are different to those stated on the short course championship section of the website..... Dates above match the Cardiff Running Events website so assume the Short Course webpage needs updating??

Chris, registration will be on the spine road in Pontcanna Fields, the race itself then starts over the other side of the fields next to Blackweir bridge, and finishes back on the spine road.

Phil has had to change the dates due to football and cricket events in the park so ignore the short course webpage.
