A few of us are doing the Newport Half this Sunday - me, Jon & Jenny Martin, Liz Randall, Mark O Neil, Hannah. Is anyone else running this so we can look out for each other at the start or the finish.

Yep, i'll be running it to see where I am fitness wise for London.. I'm not expecting anything magical unfortunately!
