Another race result update is the very enjoyable Movember 10k which was run this morning, I only noticed Michael Elliston as the only other Les Croupiers as well as myself on the results page. So the following Les Croupiers runner results from this race that I have found are (results in chip time order):

Marcus Coles 39:28 10th Overall and 1st Vet (A season best for me).
Michael Elliston 45:44 113th Overall.

If I have missed anyone out, please reply and state your time on this thread.

Full results can be found on http://cardiff.mo-running.com/results-2013/.

Thanks Matt, I got to keep this good work up now I was only 8 seconds from my PB. Even though I have gone under 40 minutes for 10K a few times, I have never been able to do it in the late autumn/winter months because usually I ease a bit off my training then. This year has been a exception though in that I haven't and aim to give it a real go at it now through the Winter and Spring, so that when the peak racing season commences from May through to October next year, I hopefully will be in a situation to blast my pb's for all distances.
