I just entered this as its a cracker! A real mixed bag through woods, tarmac and a lovely run across a beach! It reminded me a bit of a military obstacle course in places with its lumps and bumps and scrambling up sand dunes to run through forests!

Dont miss out on a truly unique race experience and book your place today! Dont know how many places there are but with 482 gone this race cant have that many left!

Medals for the various age groups up for grabs too!

SRR Multi Terrain 10 Mile Race
20th November 2016 (11am)

SRR MT10 Online entry



The MT10 is a single lap 10 mile multi-terrain race through the beautiful scenery of Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire.The course is a true multi-terrain and includes tarmac, gravel, grass, forestry tracks and a lovely section along Cefn Sidan beach.
**** NO ON THE DAY ENTRIES ****

IMPORTANT: Final date for race place transfers, name changes or alterations is midday Friday 11th November. Original entrant must email with transfer details to sospanroadrunners@hotmail.co.uk There will be no changes after this as the timing chips will be ordered and allocated to runners, there will be no deferrals or refunds on entries.

A great but challenging race today. Congratulations to everyone who picked up a medal, im sure we must have got a few!

Well done to everyone who ran!

I had a right battle with Matt Pryor who left me for dead on the beach! I clawed back a bit of time in the last wooded section which is a nice fast finish but he was too strong in the end. Great run from him!

Great run from James too! Not sure if I will be doing speedwork on Tuesday as im limping about like an old man! Most probably a trip to the physio and cross training again this week. Maybe im racing too much. (not like me)

A great event and I hope to have another go next year! ThumpUp

I also hope I can be fit for Blaise as I hear its a good course.I should have time.Smile

The results were quick too.
