I would just like to congradulate everyone who took part today on what was a very tought course but in idea running conditions. I would also like to thank Graham Finaly and all his helpers for all their hard work in putting on this event. ( I think Flash throught it was Christmas with all the hugs he was having ) You are never too slow for this event. I'm not partically fast but I wasn't last and alot of us oldies beat runners who are years younger that us. So come and give it a go next year. I've clean up my spikes but don't think they will ever be white again!

From the results, winning age categories for Julie Scholey, Claire and James Bruce and Vince Nazareth. Seems like over 50 is the highest it goes to. Well done all and every other Croups entries- looked like true xc conditions!

Thoroughly enjoyed it and so did Elio....

Yes Tracey, it can get a bit lonely at the quiet end but conditions were typically 'Challenging".

Thanks for the support. It's appreciated.

Congratulations to Graham and his team for another successful event.
