Old Father Time 5 mile - Results Now added

The Old Father Time 5 mile is taking place on Sunday 27th December, this is an event organised by John Griffin on behalf of the Club, the race starts at 1pm and the Rugby Club opens at 11.30am. You can enter with John at parkrun or on the day. This is a Masters only event (35+), in order for the event to be successful we need help with marshals etc, if you can help can you please let John know by replying below. Once again I am asking for Marshals to help on the Old Father Time on Sunday 27th Dec. The club will be open from 11.30 and the race starts at 1.00 so if you can help please just come along and you will be found something to do.

John(Payne) - I'm running but would suggest around 12.20 to 12.30 to arrive near the stables for marshalling. Entries are taken in the rugby club if you arrive earlier. Maybe John Griffin will post to confirm? Thanks for helping!

Have a good one all. Had planned to help out but nursing a blinking cold and hacking cough so thought I best not spread my germs. Looks like a possible window of dry weather too.

Yet another great day in a long running series.
John Griffin must be the Messiah - he got the rain to stop, the wind to disappear, and order the tropical weather resident over Barry to drift over. The nearest thing to warm weather training!
161 finishers was the highest for 8 years, and such is the pulling power of the event that runners came not only from all parts of Wales but from London and the Midlands too.
Many thanks to everyone who helped, in whatever capacity!
