If it is of interest to anyone, I can do a Q&A session this Thursday (10th December), the idea will be to go through the sessions that the Club offers and what the intentions are of these sessions and also explain the new Thursday night set up.

If you are interested can you please indicate below, if there isn't enough interest then I won't go ahead with it.

Thanks Phil, this was really useful. I think it certainly made me realise that I'm not putting enough thought into planning my training.

Would it be possible to make the presentation available on the website?

Sorry to have missed this Phil.

It would be great to see the presentation or perhaps get another session arranged early in the New Year? I'm sure a lot of people who missed it for various Christmas commitments would be interested too :-)

Well done, Phil. I thought that went really well. It's not often that we collectively get the opportunity to discuss training techniques, and to listen to different athletes explaining what works well for them, and why.
It only goes to highlight the mistakes we all make in training, and not paying enough attention to detail. Talking of detail, can someone put a shilling in the meter before the next presentation.
Lots to look forward to in the New Year.

Sorry I miss this. But what about a session on how to deal with unrully dogs? I realise not everyone is not a dog mad person like me and that it often comes up on the forum. Got to admit that I get abit annoyed when a dog bouces up on me and the owner don't care. The dogs trust run a dog awerness session, maybe get someone from there.
