Hopefully i'll get some taker for Tuesday..

With the wales game on at Cardiff city. I plan to do 8 x 1km reps at roath park. meet wild gardens road (warmed up ready for 7pm..)

I've also posted on FB..

I will do my kms in 3:15 (well not quite.. more like 3:35 to 3:45.. based on last time..)..

ok Mike it was just me in the end so i opted for hills.. football is on again next tuesday so i wont be at the track i will do the same next week.. on my own hills or with people 1km reps..
