Another opportunity for members to get a time for the Short Course Championship (Best) 3000m.
You do not have to be a member of the Welsh Masters to compete, but if you are, then we will gain points in the WMAA league.
it is also another opportunity to battle for 'Norman', who seems to have been with Port Talbot for far too long.
Registration opens at 18:00.
Brecon 19 August 2015
Time Track Time Field W Field M
19:00 400m 18:45 Discus Javelin
19:20 800m 18:45 High jump Pole vault or High jump
19:40 100m 19:45 Javelin Discus
20:00 3000m 19:30 Long jump Long Jump
20:30 4*200m

Just check my hoilday dates and am around for this. So looking for lift please. I do appricate people will be going from work so can meet on route. Planning to do 800, 3000 and relay. Need to get Norm back. He must be homesick for croups! I'll be at parkrun tomorrow and the club on Thursday.

Hi Arien has offered me a lift thanks. I know Clare B is going to be on hoilday but I'm not sure who else is going. You all did well in France. Thanks Mike anyway. Don't forget the indoor meets around Dec/Jan at NICE Cardiff. There is a 3000 event but it would be a few more laps as the track is smaller but it will still count.

Glad that you can make it tonight,Tracy. It looks likely that the early part of the evening will be rather damp but when the going gets tough .... A reminder also that the A470 tends to be severely congested between 16:30 and 18:00 and could cause significant delays. Let me now whether you want me to enter you for the 3000m, Oli. Yep Dave, I'm up for it and shame that I won't be wallowing in your wake tonight Howard. Will Mel be running the 400m? Thanks Tracy for your kind remarks about Lyon. Just me and Arian for the ladies. I did a PB. There were some guys. Arian would have the results but should be on the master web page any time soon.

For some reason all the results are out except for the 3k race, I think there may have been a slight issue with the clock.

There's no 3000m race at all showing for Swansea 8th July on WMAA's website. If anyone knows of these results, or the men's 3000m race from Brecon 19th August, please let us know so we can add them to the short course championship records. Thanks

Amanda - I'm expecting Mike Davies to jump in on this one, as he noted the results from Brecon on 19 August for the 3000m at the time, but I did 10m 49s and I know Evatt ran too, as well as Oli of course.
