I believe transfers needed to take place by today via a postal form at a cost of £5. Essentially, it is now too late to swap.

Hi,
I am also not able to run, though will pay my fee next time I'm at the club.
I'm really frustrated, because I was looking forward doing this race.
So my seat is up for grabs, since I doubt that I am fit enough to come along to support you guys. Good luck to everybody.

Not sure if I can run on Sunday. Had abit of accident making a cup of coffee on the weekend and as a result have a nasty burn on my belly ( too much info I think!) I have been told by the nurse not to run until it starts to scab. I might come and support but if someone is running and needs a seat then it's there. Feel realy fed up just getting over a cold now this! I'll still pay for the seat. I'm going to try and come to park run Saturday volunteering problaly.

The bus departs at 7.30am Sunday from the Cardiff Met car park. Please be there on time as we can't wait for latecomers. The clocks go forward 1 hr this weekend so you'll also need to adjust your alarm clock. Weather forecast is for "heavy rain" so plan accordingly (towel/change of clothes/hot drink/food) End of bossy instructions! Enjoy the day! Good luck everyone. Really gutted I can't run. It's realy atticy and healing slowly. Next time I'll be putting the water into the cup! I'm missing runnning lots. Sorry Sarah, I'll have to drop out. I've sustained a running injury. Rather a shame as the Forest of Dean is one of my favourite races. Thanks for organizing the coach though.
