Hi, I just checked the website.
For those thinking of entering on the day, unfortunately that is not possible anymore. The website says that the race is full, no entries on the day.

Great success for our 55-64 runners today in very wet conditions.
Men's team - Elio Lepore, Dave Coles and Mike Murphy took the BMAF team gold, and the women's team - Eirian Arwyn, Gill Murphy and Julie Scholey - also took gold.
Plus an individual bronze for Julie.

Also individual silver for Ralph Dacey in M70 and I think bronze for Elio in M60 (missed silver by a couple of seconds). Superb!
