Congratulations to the ever speedy Katie Beecher on her selection to represent Wales at the International Snowdon race. She is joined in the team by a former member Hannah Jarvis.

Thanks Claire. The Welsh won the International Ladies team competition, with Katie leading them home and supported by Andrea Rowlands and Hannah Jarvis.
