Tenovus Cancer Care Women’s Novice Triathlon, 29 August in Llanelli "As Wales’ first ladies-only triathlon, the challenge involves a 400m swim, 20k bike ride and 5k run – perfect for those first time triathletes!" This is open to all women regardless of age or ability. Entry is £40 plus a minimum sponsorship raised of £75.
