This little gem of a race is on Thursday. Fine views, a medieval abbey and an ancient earthwork, marinaded in sweat and pain. The latter is soon washed away with beer and camaraderie. This is running perfection. https://sites.google.com...runningclub/tintern-tror

I am going to head down to this after a brief email back and fore with the organisers. Registration will apparently be open until shortly before the race starts at 7.30 so finishing at 6 in work, head home in 15 minutes and then a 45 minute drive should just see me making it in time...

I'll be passing by the club about 5.30pm on my way to the Tintern Trot if anyone needs a lift. Two places available.

Will be at club at 5.30 if you want to share lift. Tim - would need to leave at 5.40 at latest so are you able to definitely be there for then?

Dave, I certainly intend to be there by 5.40 - hopefully by 5.30. I will be coming directly from work, so there is always a chance that things could go wrong... My number is 07813 666220. If I am not there and you want to go - just go. No worry, but I will do my best to be there.
