With all the late changes in the vets team, it reminded me of the following sequence recorded from the film 'Battle of Britain'. Well I hope it doesn't get that desperate for the Castles, but it does raise the question: Who would you vote for in the club to play the part of Winston Churchill? It is with huge disappointment that I have had to withdraw from the castles squad, as the hamstring injury just won't be up to trying to run at any pace SORRY EVERYONE !!!!

Really sorry to hear that Jeff. I know what it's like to injure hamstrings and to miss big races,so I feel your pain.
Hope it's not a bad one and you are back running again soon.

Jeff,
It must have been a really hard decision but you've made the right one. There is little point in running with a risk so rest up and recover.
you will be back fit and strong next year.
