Next Wednesday - 27th May is the Merthyr Mawr Lane 5k, this is the annual mob match between ourselves and Bridgend/Brackla. We need as many out as possible, everyone counts -the less fast people can be even more important than those closer to the front!!
It is a 7.30pm start, but the start is just over a mile from registration which is at the Bridgend clubhouse (venue for the cross country).

Hi Everyone - as Phil says, the Mob Match tends to be a numbers game and we need to get as many runners out as possible.
I'll be at the club house @ 5:30pm and currently have 4 spare places in the car for those who require lifts.
I'm sure a number of others are also in a position to make the same kind of offer,

Bring a sandwich or two for the club house afterwards as it takes a while to get the results sorted afterwards.
