hello, I'm meeting Marcus at the club for 630 sharp tomorrow to travel to llanli to run the 26.2. If you want to join us be there by 630 no later, there is a slow load traveling on junction 42-43 tomorrow which may slow progress and no easy by-pass of the area (I guess its is from the steel works to the workshops in the vallys as it is going up the A465).. So, we wont wait. If you are coming you can text me 07921 824569 Edited by user 22 April 2015 19:57:38(UTC)

Well done All today.
Janet ran 1:31 ish for the half (she won the ladies race !) , I guess Dan did 132-131. Roy Silver ran, not sure his time Ollie won the marathon, Marcus was 1:16, I ran 2:59:18 ish, not sure of exact time
Big thanks to Janet (and Steve (sorry I'm terrible with names I think) and Roy for cheering on the marathon group..

Much as I would like to have run a 1:16 for my Marathon (or HM for that matter!) It was in fact a 3:16 ;)

Good to see Ollie cruise home to a comfortable win. Janet was way too far in front of me, well done to you on your first win. Dan indeed did do 1.32 something, I ran 1.40 something. James and Marcus looked strong and confident every time I saw them. Good day out. I was told the course was flat, it turned out to be Welsh flat, not Dutch flat, still apart from a FEW switch backs I would do it again, but not if it was wet and windy.

Well done all, as it can be quite windy along the coastal path.

Cheers Roy. I did enjoy the coke. And yes.. Welsh flat was definitely "undulating". Still, glorious conditions, beautiful coastal views and good company mean a great day out was had.. Now I am knackered and need a sleep. Full results HERE
