Hello, Where to post a call to be social message? injury and health? Training? Events- other sports?! I also feel that I need to justify a club night out, rather that state that I really need a beery affair. So here goes... I have been neglecting the club training sessions, club races and Thursday night announcements. Without these my dedication to running is waning and my elite athlete status is in tatters. A social night out is an excellent way to meet up with Les C members, longstanding and newbies, get inspired and get to know them with your kit off. OKTOBERFEST
Saturday 26 October- evening
Chapter Bar, Cantonwww.chapter.org/oktoberfestNo admission tickets needed. Beer (red wine) and pretzels served all day and evening. Bar closes midnight. Lederhosen not essential. x

That is a good reason to get round Snowdon Marathon quickly, followed by a swift drive home.

Once again, Sasha has hacked my social calendar and planned a club social for when I'm away. I could choose to be offended but instead I shall rise above it and try to work out how she does it. :-)
