Are there enough of us doing the Llanelli HM to consider a car share? To be honest, I can't remember too many people talking about doing this one so I am not sure if it is just me!

I'm running it Marcus but I'm on a tight deadline so will keep on running once I cross the finish line straight back to the car. Might help me get a PB?

Clare, I am travelling up on my own so I am happy to drive or be driven. If anyone else wants in I am happy for more. Dave, I couldn't get anywhere near your time so I will leave you to it!

You do yourself an injustice Marcus, your times are coming down all the time. Hopefully we'll have decent conditions (eg not a strong westerly) for Llanelli and we'll all drag our PB's down as it's always got a PB potential with the right conditions. So far forecast is gentle wind from the South

So far forecast is gentle wind from the South It is in fact the calmest day on the 7 day forecast with 11 mile an hour winds! I think you guys may be lucky. It is without doubt a PB course and I have failed to beat my PB set on that course on many occasions! Good luck!
