Hi All This Saturday 21st February is our 7th Anniversary at Cardiff parkrun. Who would have imagined back on the 16th February 2008 when we had 56 runners that we would have grown to the numbers we now see every week. Please come along and join us as we mark the occasion. Phil

Who would believe that we would now have a children's park run and other Cardiff run ( as soon as we get the doss!) Park run has realy taken off and they're all different! Seem to be a new one starting somewhere nearly every month, ok maybe not every month but there are new ones starting all the time.

I predict it will only grow and grow as time goes on. More and more people seem to be giving up Smoking and turning to healthier lifestyles. The Park Run numbers will continue to reflect this. I think there is still a vast amount of room for improvement! Who knows, one day there might be several Park Runs in Cardiff to accommodate the numbers.
