Martin Rees was first Croup home in 16.17, followed by Oli Williams 16.24 and Phil Cook 16.4? Matt Hurford was next home 17.13. Mike Murphy and Kevin Lewis followed. Our ladies were represented by Gill Murphy and Michelle Rivet. Phil took V40 trophy, Martin won across the board for M60 of course and the fellas brought home team silver medals. Gillian and MIke have matching M55 and W55 medals.  The course was undulating, out and back twice in opposite directions, with cone turns, on windy and rather busy coastal path.
