I've offered to give Brian a lift on Friday to what has almost become an annual event for me. I'm assuming it is on (website is well out of date!). The plan is to leave from Llanishen post office at 9:30 am sharp. I've room for a couple of more. If anyone is interested, post here. Happy Christmas to all!

BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Brian for lifetime 5m pb in cold and damp conditions in Glynneath today. He was 27th in 31:06 in a race won by Chris Carpini in 24:40. Kate Roberts was first lady. Driver for the day was a long way off p.b. however signs of life - 35:04 :).

You may have looked up a previous edition of the race.
