Many thanks to Phil, and to all the Croups members who marshalled / helped out / supported today. It really was a mammoth race and the fact that it went off so smoothly is a real tribute to the hard work which went into it.
Well done to Mike Rossiter on his PB. Any other PBs?

Alan

Yes Alan. A fabulous occasion for the city of Cardiff and the club. Well done to Phil and his team and the ...... amazing.... support on route. It was a pleasure to be part of such an event.
Well done also to Andrew Blair on his PB ... and ....he's able to walk/tell us about it this time.
Mike Rossiter was flying...
Anybody else?

Not sure if it was a PB however Brian Richardson did a 1:19:15 and won M50 easily - presumably Martin Rees did the same with M60?

Cracking good runs with PBs for Jerome and Oli. Others too, Jess was 3rd lady and won the Welsh Champs. I'm putting results up this morning so you will see everyone's. Jeff got these together and found 17 different spellings of the club's name !!

Well done to everyone that ran yesterday (as well the ones that ran in the Welsh Mile Champs on Saturday). Some top class results from Les Croups.

Just a quick shout out to Mark Joyce who achieved a great time of 1:19:26. Great pacing Mark and top result.

Loads of great photos in the echo today, few Croups definitely hogging the camera lens!! I like how the picture they choose of me is of the exact moment I was dying with the first /worst stitch I've ever had whilst running, just as the 2nd lady overtakes me! Thanks for rubbing that one in...

Hi just to let you know that you've left Richie out of the results. He ran 1.19.48 and it was his 53rd Birthday! Be good if you could add him to the results seeing as it's his first half marathon for 6 years! Thanks x

Forget the position. I think the time Jess ran is one of the best performances by anyone at the club for a long time! Amazing!

I think James Bruces time is wrong on the results and mine isnt on their (1.25.27). Many thanks for doing the results I tried myself to do them but it kept crashing and loads of club name variations, nightmare!

What I'd like to know is how much did Daniel Harris, Martin Williams and Brian Richardson pay the photographer?!BigGrin Either that or the Echo is on a big cost savings drive. More or less the same photo is printed 4 timesConfused - pages 17,19,64,69!
