I just wondered if anybody would be interested in these. It pays to be able to protect yourself as you never know when you might need to!

Hi Everyone - it's very easy to be cynical about 'free classes' like this, but I have it on good independent authority from a good friend who is part of my martial arts club, that this is absolutely genuine (and highly recommended). It is being run by another martial arts club that he is part of (he's a bit keen like that!).

A few year back a female runner got attacked running by the wild gardens unfornately for her attacker she was also a black belt in kcratie! Learining self defensie techingues is a good idea, however as ex- marshal artisitc myself ( green belt Tae Kown Do) I was told that if I injurued someone while protecting my self I could end up in court on an assult charge. But I think I rather take that chance and protect my honour.

My exes friend who she works with runs it, he is not only a really nice man but he is very passionate about what he does.Smile
