OK so you've enjoyed a Sunday off, and many of you will have run the Gwent League in remarkably good conditions.
Back to work - Coq Noir - come and meet the usual suspects. Don't use the weather as an excuse either.

Quite a few of the regulars are doing Sospan 10 this Sunday. However would be great to see others join you this weekend. Don't worry, we will return next week though (following Elan Valley 10 on the Saturday).

The Movember 10k was on too down Sophia Gardens. Satisfied with my performance of 39:53 18th overall and 2nd MV40 would have liked to got under that 39 minute barrier which I came close to at the Cardiff 10k, but maybe next year now. I will be joining you next week up the coq noir though before I do the race of all races, the Santa 5k lol which is on the 30th.

I will be running this then every other one. (This Sunday coming)

The ones I run on my own will be after a nightshift and day shift back to back. If it don't kill you it will make you stronger!Smile
