Orginasied by Run4All in Neath this take place on Sat 6 Dec at 11am ( still time for Park Run) at Aberavon Beach Prom. Cost £10 but you get a Stana Suit. Registration is at Bar Gallows or on line at Run4AllNeath. It is Welsh Athletic Affliated. Unfornatley there is no fun fair there anymore but the council has spend alot of money on the prom ( there's a good chip shop there too) There is a nice holtel on the sea front, and they take dogs, if you fancy speading the night. It's shame there's no park run there but you never know, so watch this space.

this clashes with the gwent league..Brecon.. not to be missed.. http://www.gwent-league.org.uk/we could have mentioned it to them at petes eats.. but then they did'nt invite us to their party..
